With a solid foundation in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory and extensive clinical experience, I specialize in acupuncture treatment for various types of pain, including neck, shoulder, lower back, and leg pain, as well as chronic strain and post-exercise injury recovery. I also have unique insights into the management of sub-health conditions such as gynecological disorders and insomnia, earning the trust and recognition of many patients.
Currently, I serve as the Secretary-General of the Oriental Classical Chinese Medicine Association, dedicated to the inheritance and promotion of classical TCM culture. I actively participate in professional exchanges and academic activities to advance the standardized development and international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine.
With nearly a decade of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and therapeutic treatments, I am a Registered Acupuncturist in British Columbia dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being. I specialize in integrating acupuncture with traditional TCM techniques such as tui na (therapeutic massage), moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and essential oil massage to effectively address various types of pain, sports injuries, preventive care, and rehabilitation.

Bruce (Xiang Zhang) holds a Master’s degree from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He previously worked at Daping Hospital, affiliated with the Third Military Medical University. He is a licensed TCM practitioner in British Columbia and a TCM Associate Chief Physician in China. Bruce specializes in acupuncture and tuina for treating various pain conditions such as lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, and frozen shoulder. He is also skilled in pediatric tuina for conditions like indigestion and rhinitis. His treatment for post-stroke sequelae includes scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy. He also uses Chinese herbal medicine to manage conditions like rhinitis and sore throat.
